Pay per use

Plan Pay Per Use: We recommend that you choose this plan if you want to make sporadic use of the services of PUNTO NEUTRO.

  • This Consumption Plan has no monthly cost and allows you to pay only the price of the services you consume. Payments or balance charges are made through Pay Pal payment platform, which also allows payments by card without registration.
  • The price of the service will be charged at the same time you are going to consume it.
  • For greater convenience, you can make balance charges in your PUNT NEUTRAL account. From this balance you will be discounting the price of the services you consume.
  • PUNTO NEUTRO does not return the balance you have charged against your account. However, even if you change your Consumer Plan, you will keep your account balance.
  • If you sign up for this Consumption Plan, you have a € 10 free trial that will be charged immediately to your account.

** IMPORTANT NOTE: The fact of contracting this plan does not imply any direct payment. However, any contracting, consumption or expansion that you make in your Consumption Plan will be charged according to what is established in this section and in our Conditions of Use.

Monthly fee

Monthly Fee Plan: We recommend that you choose this plan if you want to make regular use of PUNTO NEUTRO services, as well as certify your usual email communications.

  • This Consumption Plan has a monthly cost. The monthly cost to be paid in each billing period will be the sum of the monthly fee that you have contracted and the additional consumptions that you make and that are not included in your quota.
  • Payment of the monthly fee and additional consumption will be made by any of the following forms of payment, to choose for you at the time of formalizing the discharge: Banking Transfer or Direct Debit by SEPA mandate. You can change the payment method at any time from your Control Panel.
  • Each monthly fee entitles you to email sending capabilities and digital file storage capabilities.
  • At any time you can change your Consumption Plan. However, this change will not be applied until the end of the month and the billing of your fee will be made as appropriate.
  • You can also change your quota at any time. If you change your quota for a higher one, the change will be immediate, whereas, if you decide to change your quota for a lower one, that change will be made in the next billing period.

However, at the end of your trial period, you must confirm or cancel the hiring of your Consumption Plan, choosing at that moment the quota you wish to contract. Likewise, any contracting, consumption or expansion that you make in your Consumption Plan will be charged according to what is established in this section and in our Conditions of Use.

Billing per use

Billing per use plan: Pay only for the services consumed and receive a monthly invoice with the total amount, which you will have to pay by bank transfer. You can also contract service packs to obtain a more competitive price.

  • This consumption plan does not have a fixed monthly cost. You will only pay for the consumption of the previous month's services, if any.
  • Payment of the bill must be made by bank transfer. Direct debit is only available for monthly fee plans.
  • The usage-based billing plan does not entitle you to contracted capacities. You will pay the price of each service or each pack that you have consumed or contracted during the previous month.
  • At any time you can change your Consumption Plan from the section ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT PREFERENCES in your user panel. The change will be made immediately.
  • With the registration we give you 10 € of free credit so you can test the services.

Additional Packs

If you wish, you can add one or more optional packs to your plan.

Certified SMS Pack

Notify any important information to the recipient's mobile device and obtain a probatory certificate.

  • You have diferents monthly packs among which you can choose, according to the number of notifications certified by SMS that you wish to hire.
  • The price of the pack will be charged at the time of contracting.
  • Each recipient will count as a spent SMS.
  • PUNTO NEUTRO does not make refunds of contracted Monthly Packs.

** IMPORTANT NOTE: Whatever the Consumer Plan you hire, we give you € 10 of balance.

When you finish the registration you will find that we have charged you € 10 of balance in your account. With this balance you can try any service of PUNTO NEUTRO that you want to try.

When you finish your 10 euros balance, the consumption of services that is not included in your account will be billed according to the terms of the Consumer Plan that you have hired. For more information see our Conditions of Use.
