Monthly fee
Monthly Fee Plan: We recommend that you choose this plan if you want to make regular use of PUNTO NEUTRO services, as well as certify your usual email communications.

This Consumption Plan has a monthly cost. The monthly cost to be paid in each billing period will be the sum of the monthly fee that you have contracted and the additional consumptions that you make and that are not included in your quota.

Payment of the monthly fee and additional consumption will be made by any of the following forms of payment, to choose for you at the time of formalizing the discharge: Banking Transfer or Direct Debit by SEPA mandate. You can change the payment method at any time from your Control Panel.

Each monthly fee entitles you to email sending capabilities and digital file storage capabilities.

At any time you can change your Consumption Plan. However, this change will not be applied until the end of the month and the billing of your fee will be made as appropriate.

You can also change your quota at any time. If you change your quota for a higher one, the change will be immediate, whereas, if you decide to change your quota for a lower one, that change will be made in the next billing period.

** IMPORTANT NOTE: The fact of testing this plan until the end of your trial period does not imply any payment or commitment of permanence. However, at the end of your trial period, you must confirm or cancel the hiring of your Consumption Plan, choosing at that moment the quota you wish to contract. Likewise, any contracting, consumption or expansion that you make in your Consumption Plan will be charged according to what is established in this section and in our Conditions of Use.
