How does the portal work?
This electronic portal works through the use of the electronic ID that you have as a citizen. Remember that the electronic ID must be activated by going to any National Police station. For more information on how to activate your electronic ID you can access DNI-E Portal.
What if I can't use my electronic ID?
You can carry out the process without a digital certificate, providing scanned copies of your ID to allow you to verify your identity.
I have my DNIe validated. How do I start?

9. Access to shipping-related systems and shipping information via the website.
The use and access to the Systems Related to Shipments and Information on Shipments is subject to the following conditions:

The company authorizes you to use the tracking functionalities incorporated in the Systems Related to Shipments only for the tracking of files entrusted by you to Punto Neutro for subsequent delivery or entrusted by third parties to Punto Neutro to be delivered to you. Without this enumeration being exhaustive, you are not authorized to present the Shipping Information on a website or in any other way reproduce, distribute, copy, store, use or sell it for commercial gain except with the prior authorization of Punto Neutral to the effect, granted in writing. To use some of the Services, Users must previously provide certain personal data. For this, the User can access the policy followed in the processing of personal data as well as the establishment of the previously established purposes, as provided in the conditions defined in the Data Protection presented by the Website.

PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. reserves the right to use "cookie" technology on the Website, in order to recognize you as a frequent User and personalize your use of the Website by pre-selecting your language, or more desired or specific content. 15. Duration and termination
The provision of the service of this Website and the other services have, in principle, an indefinite duration. However, PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. may terminate or suspend any of the portal services. When possible, it will announce the termination or suspension of the provision of the determined service.
16. Sales policy.
PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. reserves the right to deny the offer of its services to persons or entities that are not beneficial to its own reputation and brand image.
The services offered at Punto Neutro have their own characteristics and provide the user with of rights and obligations. The user can be informed at any time from the section corresponding to said service.
17. Price policy, billing and forms of payment for the provision of contracted services.
Request for provision of service and Prices
PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. reserves the right to make changes to its pricing policy without prior notice, including partial or total changes in the provision of its services.
Likewise, the client will pay Punto Neutro the price of the contracted services , considering as price the fees or rates that appear on the web.
The client agrees to accept, at the time of requesting the registration of a service, the commitment to make all the payments accrued from the provision of said service, and other additional services that are demanded by the user from Punto Neutro. Any total or partial omission of said payments will give Punto Neutro the right to stop, or even cancel, the provision of services immediately, unless otherwise agreed in a written agreement.
Billing
- For Prepaid customers
Invoicing will be carried out unitarily for each purchase of Punto Neutro credit (balance) requested by the user. Punto Neutro offers the user the following balance preload models: €10, €20, €40.
The user must know that Punto Neutro credit purchases will not be refundable under any circumstances. Likewise, the user will have this credit at their disposal without an expiration date, and will not have any obligation to use it.
- For Fee clients
The billing of the services provided will be made on a monthly basis, with a maximum duration of one year. The registration request date will be established as the initial date and monthly charges will be generated repeatedly until the end of the year.
All additional services that are requested by the user will be charged, de facto, at the end of the same billing period in which they were requested.
In the event that the user contract a monthly subscription plan and do not wish to continue, you can cancel it at any time, but you will be responsible for any charges incurred for the current billing period. Punto Neutro informs the user that no refunds will be made for charges already incurred, nor will partial months be prorated. For example, if the user's billing cycle is on the 21st of each month and they decide to cancel on the 26th, the user will be charged for the current month in full, after which they will not receive any additional charges.
Payment methods
Punto Neutro makes the following payment methods available to its customers:
- For balance customers: Payment through the PayPal platform.
- For installment customers: Payment by direct debit with SEPA regulations.
18. Change of account type.
Punto Neutro registers by default all users with a free use account.
The user may become a customer of Punto Neutro by any of the following methods:
- Balance load: When the user performsWith your first balance load, whatever the amount, you will become a Punto Neutro customer with a "prepaid" account. This fee will allow you to access new benefits and utilities, as well as make more complete shipments.
- Contracting a quota: The user can request to be a quota client from his user panel.To do this, the user must accept a contract, of which a copy will be delivered to his email address.The user can change the quota at any moment from the same section.
19. Right of withdrawal from the provision of services
The client may request withdrawal from the provision of Punto Neutro services, as long as he does so through the means provided for this, which will be detailed below.
User withdrawal request.
The client may request at any time the total cancellation of the services provided by Punto Neutro, S.L. Said cancellation must be made by the means specified below, and will not be accepted if it is made by other means.
The unsubscribe request must be made from the user panel itself in the section “Unsubscribe ". If said functionality is not in operation, the user is urged to expressly request unsubscription through a claim ticket for this purpose, accessible from the same user panel, or by certified mail to the postal address Aragó, 180, Ent. 1, 08011 – Barcelona – Spain.
For security reasons, once the unsubscribe request has been accepted, the user will be asked to access the account using their username and password. Punto Neutro will be able to verify the identity of the user who wishes to unsubscribe, avoiding errors or external attacks.
The client must know that the unsubscription request grants him the right to cancel the provision of services and the consequent waiver of charges .
Punto Neutro, S.L. As a trusted third party, you have the right and the obligation to block access to the account that has been removed, however, you must keep the information of said account for a minimum period of 5 years, in accordance with article 25 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce. If the user wishes to access their account information once the cancellation has been processed, they must do so in accordance with the procedures stipulated by the same law.
Conditions for unsubscribing request.
The client must know that from the same date that he makes the request to register for the service, he will have a legal period of 14 days to process the withdrawal of the service, which may be carried out through the open channels for this purpose specified in the previous section.
20. Declarations and Warranties
In general, PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. does not grant any guarantee or declaration in relation to the contents and services offered on the Website, including, without limitation, guarantees of legality, reliability, usefulness, veracity, accuracy, or marketability, except to the extent that by law they cannot exclude such representations and warranties.21. Force majeure
PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. will not be responsible at all in case of impossibility of providing service, if this is due to prolonged interruptions of the electricity supply, telecommunications lines, social conflicts, strikes, rebellion, explosions, floods, acts and omissions of the Government, and in general all the cases of force majeure or fortuitous event.
22. Dispute resolution. Applicable law and jurisdiction.
These General Conditions of Use, as well as the use of the Website, shall be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy will be resolved before the courts of Barcelona.
In the event that any stipulation of these General Conditions of Use is unenforceable or null by virtue of the applicable legislation or as a result of a judicial or administrative resolution, said unenforceability or nullity will not make these General Conditions of Use are unenforceable or null as a whole. In such cases, PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. will proceed to modify or replace said stipulation with another that is valid and enforceable and that, as far as possible, achieves the objective and claim reflected in the original stipulation.
