The persons responsible for Data Protection are listed below:

• 1.- “Responsible for Treatment”. PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L., to exercise your GDPR rights (Access, Rectification, Deletion (Oblivion), Limitation of Treatment, Portability and Opposition) may do so through our DPD (Data Protection Officer) who is Ángel Rodríguez Ruiz, Telephone 91 040 62 41 and in the email datos@puntoneutro.net, the use of this email, the figure of the DPD or the contact telephone number for purposes other than those derived from the application of the RGPD, is strictly prohibited and PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. and its DPO will act according to law against whoever uses them in a way different from those expressed in these conditions.

• 2.- “The Purpose of the Treatment” and “origin of the data” will be to proceed correctly to the provision of services and/or preparation and delivery of the products managed by PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L., the personal data that is requested or applied on the PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. whether or not you are a client of PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. they can come from:

  • a. of the interested party or representative and these will be:
    • i. Name and surname of the owner or representative
    • ii. Full address
    • iii. Phone
    • iv. Fax
    • v. Email
    • I saw. Bank details (for the correct management of the collection procedures agreed with the client)
  • b. From publicly accessible sources and will be:
    • i. Name of the company or professional
    • ii. Full address
    • iii. Phone
    • iv. Fax
    • v. Email
  • c. Public access sources will be “professional directories”, “telephone directories”.

• 3.- “The legitimacy” of the treatment is given by the existence of all or some of these possibilities:

  • a. "Execution of a contract" (for when you are a client or in the process of becoming one)
  • b. “Compliance with a legal obligation”
  • c. “Mission in the public interest” or “Exercise of Public Powers”
  • d. “Legitimate interest of the Responsible”

• 4.- “Recipients of assignments”. The following assignments will be made:

  • a. Financial entity with which PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. currently operates. and that it is Banco de Sabadell, also in the event of non-payment of any invoice PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. may transfer your data to companies in charge of recovery and/or asset solvency, complying with the following guidelines:

  • ii. That more than 4 months have passed since the debt
  • iii. That we have sent you by the means of communication that PUNTO NEUTRO, S.L. communication of the existence of the debt
  • iv. That said communication can be proven as "received", "downloaded" or "read"
  • b. Tax Administration, in the form and manner registered in the different laws.
  • c. General Treasury of the Social Security, in the form and manner registered in the different laws.
  • d. Administration of Justice, in the form and manner registered in the different laws.
  • e. General Administration of the State, Autonomy, local or municipal, in the form and mode registered in the different laws.
  • f. Assignments not included in this point are either not made or are not authorized

• 5.- “User rights”. All users have these rights:

  • a. “Access” Right to request access to personal data relating to the interested party
  • b. “Rectification” Right to request its rectification or deletion
  • c. “Cancellation” Right to request the limitation of your treatment
  • d. “Opposition” Right to oppose the treatment
  • e. “Portability”, Right to port your data in the format in which we have it
