Partners program


From PUNTO NEUTRO we offer you a complete Partners Program with which you can market our services and obtain an economic return for it.

There are three types of Partner Agreements that you can host:

  1. Commercial Prescribing Partner: Your job will be to offer the services of PUNTO NEUTRO and its solutions to individuals, professionals and / or companies.
    1. For each client that hires our services you will charge 15% of the total invoiced and charged by PUNTO NEUTRO to that client. In the event that initial amounts must be disbursed for consultancy, preparation and start-up of the contracted services, you will charge 10% of the total invoiced and charged by PUNTO NEUTRO in those concepts. This commission may increase up to 25% if you yourself take charge of the installation and commissioning.
    2. To control the consumption and billing of each of your customers, PUNTO NEUTRO offers a control panel as a partner, from which you can control in real time your list of customers and commissions to be warned by each of them and in total .
    3. In order to collect the agreed commissions you must send us an invoice for the total of commissions to apperceive in each billing period.
  2. Technological Partner - Commercial Prescriber with Integration: If you are a software provider company, your job will be to offer the services of PUNTO NEUTRO and its solutions to your clients and to integrate those services into the programs and applications that your clients are using.
    1. For each client that hires our services you will charge 15% of the total invoiced and charged by PUNTO NEUTRO to that client. In the event that initial amounts must be disbursed for consultancy, preparation and start-up of the contracted services, you will charge 10% of the total invoiced and charged by PUNTO NEUTRO in those concepts. This commission may increase up to 25% if you yourself take charge of the installation and commissioning.

  3. White Label Partner: If you want to offer PUNTO NEUTRO solutions and services under the umbrella of your own brand, you can do so. This type of agreement will require a prior consultancy process in which we will have to adapt our services to your corporate image. These consulting services will be invoiced in advance.

Once you have chosen the agreement that best suits your needs, you must choose between:

  1. Direct Billing: PUNTO NEUTRO invoices the services to the final client. This implies that you will not be able to modify the prices offered by PUNTO NEUTRO.
    1. With this type of billing you will be the one who must remit against PUNTO NEUTRO the bill for the commissions corresponding to each billing process.
    2. If you choose this type of billing, you must indicate, for the type of payment Direct Debit, if your clients require a SEPA Business to Business or a Business to Client mandate.
  2. Indirect Billing: You invoice the services to the final customer, establishing the price that you think is appropriate, and PUNTO NEUTRO will invoice you for its standard price.
    1. With this type of billing you will be the one who will charge the client the price you have agreed for the services and PUNTO NEUTRO will charge you the standard price marked. Of course it will be under your own responsibility to respond on the price differential that you apply to your customers.
